‘t GUUS sells 2nd hand children’s clothing in the Dutch town Middelburg
For more than 10 years now, ‘t GUUS has been a household name in the center of Middelburg. They sell second-hand children’s clothes, as well as toys and consumer items. Their website was outdated and needed to be replaced. Together with Thinkaholic we looked at how we could capture their style in a new, modern website.
Process.
After a first inventory we started working on the design. It was an instant hit! According to the owner, the design totally suited her and the business. And that’s what it’s all about: a design should be an extension of your identity. For the back-end we used WordPress. We often do this when we develop websites where something has to be changed regularly. WordPress has a strong and intuitive back-end, which makes it easy to change things on the website.
Final delivery.
A few weeks after the start of the project we delivered everything. We helped with the hosting and moving the email address. We see the website getting a lot of traction, so hopefully it will bring in a lot of new customers!
